Skills and Competencies
- Approaches client challenges with creativity, developing innovative solutions that effectively address complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple layers of management, ensuring alignment and fostering collaboration in support of organizational objectives.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex technical, data, or product information into clear, structured, and audience‑appropriate messaging.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to independently identify and resolve project risks, issues, and process gaps through a proactive approach.
- Solid background in PMO principles, including project planning, resource management, and process optimization to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.
- Skilled in designing efficient processes, establishing RACIs, defining control points, and developing comprehensive reporting frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for developing and maintaining client‑facing materials.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, communications, information management, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their end‑to‑end product experience and translate feedback into concrete requirements to improve product quality and customer outcomes.
- Design tailored solutions based on customer requirements, prioritizing immediate deliverables while defining future enhancements to address gaps and dependencies.
- Bring together cross‑functional teams operating in silos to design and deliver integrated solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership on key issues, proposed solutions, business impacts, and required investments to support informed decision‑making.
- Manage and lead others within a matrix organization, with a focus on scaling team capacity as business demand increases.
- Coach and mentor colleagues by sharing expertise, fostering professional growth, and supporting ongoing development across the team.
- Implement robust reporting capabilities to track and communicate progress against established targets, ensuring clear visibility into performance and milestones.
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities and proactively requesting additional resources as needed to meet client and project requirements.
About the Team
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $151,000.00 - $218,950.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
