  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record selling complex software and data solutions to Tier‑1 financial institutions across Europe
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and close large, multi-stakeholder deals, with strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Strong understanding of banking workflows and the strategic importance of risk, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships, including engagement with C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with ability to articulate both high-level strategic value and detailed product capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across in-person and virtual environments
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a global, matrixed organization
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity to explore how AI-driven solutions can enhance financial workflows and operational efficiency
  • Experience within compliance, KYC, or financial crime solutions
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk domains such as Basel, IFRS 9, climate risk, cyber risk, or governance, risk and compliance
  • Fluency in French in addition to English

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Advanced degree (e.g. Master of Business Administration, Law degree, or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and strategic relationships across Tier‑1 banking clients through enterprise software and data solution sales

  • Own and develop strategic client relationships within the banking sector, acting as the senior relationship lead and primary escalation point
  • Deliver Moody’s full enterprise value proposition, aligning solutions with client strategic priorities and building C-suite engagement
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities, including cross-sell and expansion initiatives across Moody’s product portfolio
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospect identification and qualification through negotiation and deal closure
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, providing accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Partner with Solution Specialists to deliver compelling proposals, product demonstrations, and tailored client solutions, including GenAI capabilities
  • Position Moody’s as a trusted advisor by providing market-informed insights and aligning solutions to client challenges
  • Leverage industry expertise to identify risks and opportunities, proactively addressing them through targeted engagement
  • Share client feedback and market intelligence to inform product development, strategy, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Travel up to 50% to engage with clients while operating within a hybrid working environment
