Skills and Competencies
- 2+ years experience with demonstrated ability to manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance across multiple initiatives
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage client stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in SaaS, data, analytics, financial software, or technology-enabled environments
- Knowledge of APIs, data platforms, and CRM/ERP systems within technical implementation environments is preferred
- Ability to translate business and client requirements into structured delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Proven capability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results in client-facing environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) required, preferably in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) preferred
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master is desirable
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects supporting GenAI-driven data and analytics solutions.
- Lead delivery of client implementation projects involving GenAI-ready data, analytics, and API-driven solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Translate client and business requirements into structured project plans, workstreams, milestones, and success criteria
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery
- Coordinate across internal teams including Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Support to ensure delivery readiness
- Apply Agile and project management best practices to maintain governance, transparency, and flexibility
- Track and report on project progress using defined KPIs and tools to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
- Act as an escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder confidence
- Support pre-sales activities and capture client feedback to improve delivery methodologies and reusable assets

The Solutions Delivery team provides expertise across Moody’s data products and services, supporting the implementation and ongoing use of data-driven solutions for clients. The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions and resolve complex challenges. By joining this team, you will contribute to advancing AI-enabled, data-centric solutions that help clients navigate risk and unlock opportunity with clarity, speed, and confidence.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200.00 - $143,900.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
