Skills & Competencies

• 8-11 years of experience in Cloud Engineering with strong AWS expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking including VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, VPN, and Transit Gateway.
• Experience with AWS security services, IAM, encryption, and network segmentation.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch and Datadog.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build and support cloud-native and event-driven solutions.
• Implement and manage AWS networking, connectivity, and security controls.
• Lead VPC redesign, network segmentation, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Configure IAM roles, policies, and cross-account access.
• Deploy and manage container platforms including ECS, EKS, and Kubernetes.
• Monitor platform health, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Maintain architecture documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.

About the Team

The Cloud Engineering team builds and operates secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platforms that support Moody's critical applications and services. The team partners closely with development, DevOps, networking, and security teams to drive cloud modernization, automation, reliability, and operational excellence
