- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to engage a diverse mix of internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, customer success managers, product partners, customers, and external partners
- Deep banking industry knowledge, including hands-on experience working with or within banking institutions and a clear understanding of how bankers leverage data, research, and analytics solutions
- Strong advisory, consultative, or educational background with the ability to simplify complex solutions and value propositions for less experienced sellers and diverse audiences
- Proven project management skills with experience coordinating go-to-market activities, tracking initiatives, and ensuring stakeholder deliverables are met on time
- Experience with Generative AI and data solutions within the financial services or banking ecosystem, with the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into actionable customer strategies
- Demonstrated ability to scope proofs of concept and develop solution packages tailored to customers of varying sizes, from strategic and Tier 1 accounts to mid-market clients
- Strong pipeline management and deal triage skills, with the ability to appropriately escalate opportunities and support revenue growth across top, mid, and bottom-of-funnel activities
- Experience with artificial intelligence and with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum for the Banking sales organization and Business Banking Unit, equipping Relationship Managers and Customer Success Managers with the tools and knowledge to effectively position Generative AI, data, and research solutions
- Create top-, mid-, and bottom-of-funnel marketing and pitch materials to support Relationship Managers in advancing, qualifying, and closing opportunities across all account tiers
- Partner closely with product and strategy teams to shepherd go-to-market activities, ensuring alignment and timely execution of key initiatives
- Apply strong project management skills to track and coordinate go-to-market processes, monitor initiative progress, and ensure stakeholder deliverables are completed on schedule
- Manage pipeline tracking to support deal triage and escalation, identifying critical opportunities that require senior involvement or strategic redirection
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor for both clients and internal sellers, helping identify appropriate solutions, scope proofs of concept, and further qualify opportunities
- Develop and socialize institutional knowledge and hands-on experience related to Generative AI offerings within Banking, bridging the gap between complex data products and customer-facing teams
- Engage a diverse mix of internal stakeholders (sales, customer success managers, product) and external audiences (customers, partners) to gather insights, align priorities, and drive customer success
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $119,100.00 - $172,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
