Skills and Competencies

  • 5-7+ years of experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including creating compelling thought leadership and demand-generation content that builds brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and supports business growth
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience creating both strategic thought leadership and conversion-focused content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data, audience insights, and market intelligence into actionable recommendations
  • Experience marketing to the Asset Management industry (required)
  •  Familiarity with the Private Credit and Alternative Investments landscape, including key market participants, investment workflows, and industry trends
  •  Experience working in a B2B SaaS, data, technology, or financial services environment (preferred)
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and defend strategic recommendations
  •  Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, sales teams, and subject matter experts
  •  Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, Journalism, or a related field (required)
  • Advanced degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and compelling content that drive thought leadership, generate qualified demand, and support commercial growth for Moody's Asset Management business.
  • Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social, events, and partnerships to support Asset Management go-to-market strategy
  • Manage campaign execution, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery from planning through launch
  • Drive content strategy, editorial planning, and campaign narratives for Asset Management, ensuring alignment with business objectives, growth priorities, and target audiences
  • Create compelling content for Asset Management professionals, including blogs, social posts, white papers, website copy, videos, articles, customer stories, email copy, and presentations
  • Collaborate with Industry Practice Leads and subject matter experts to produce thought leadership and major campaigns around strategic growth areas such as Private Credit
  • In partnership with business and marketing teams, develop and maintain customer-focused messaging frameworks that support customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Partner with web and digital teams to enhance content performance, user engagement, and SEO/GEO effectiveness across owned channels
  • Champion a data-driven marketing culture by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, content effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and return on investment
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs and Public Relations teams to identify and amplify stories, thought leadership, and media coverage opportunities
  • Leverage AI tools for market research, content development, workflow efficiency, campaign execution, and overall marketing productivity

Our Global Marketing – Asset Management team is responsible for telling Moody's story, turning complex insights into decisive action for our clients. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $113,200.00 - $164,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
