Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science or a related fields
• Graduation date between December 2027 - June 2029
• Availability to work the internship dates: June 7 - August 13, 2027

Responsibilities

Coordinate stakeholders and support teams to help deliver engineering projects on the Digital Workplace Services roadmap.

• Coordinate and support active projects across the Digital Workplace Services portfolio
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and support teams to track project activities and deliverables
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
• Solicit and document project decisions, requirements, action items, and key updates
• Prepare consistent status reports and project updates for team leads and other stakeholders
• Maintain an organized repository of project files, records, and supporting materials
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and emerging needs and escalate them to the appropriate project lead
• Work under the close supervision of the Project Management Tower Lead and collaborate with fellow project managers

The Digital Workplace Services team delivers technology experiences that help Moody’s employees work effectively and efficiently. The team supports the planning, engineering, operation, and adoption of digital workplace capabilities across the organization. By joining the team, you will gain hands-on project management experience, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and contribute to initiatives that improve workplace technology and employee productivity.

Moody's 10-week summer internship program is a premier opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a hands-on learning experience, guided by Moody's commitment to integrity, excellence, and insight. The program takes place each summer from June – August and positions are available for undergraduate and select graduate students. Internships are full-time, offering a comprehensive view of Moody's business and culture, and a chance to build professional and technical skills. Programmatic elements include networking, mentorship, leadership speaker series and volunteering events.  Interns complete project work determined by their team that have real impact, fostering a sense of accomplishment and professional growth. Throughout the internship, participants receive mentorship from Moody's professionals, gaining insights into diverse career paths and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company. Networking events and workshops further enrich the experience, providing a platform for professional development and collaboration. As a Moody's intern, you will gain real-world experience, turn inputs into actions, and be integral part of the team.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring hourly rate for this position is $35, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
