- Experience working with SaaS-based technologies
- Proficient with computer languages: HTML, JSON, T-SQL, Python
- AI experience: Claude Code, Cursor
- Savvy putting together reference documents, presentations and collaboration materials using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively collaborating with other departments
- Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, react to changing priorities, meet deadlines and provide timely responses to internal and external customers
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Work alongside Product Managers to deliver products and features that provide risk insights to the Insurance sector, gathering user feedback and usage telemetry to continuously improve product offerings
- Drive the delivery of release communications, documentation, training content and entitlement in collaboration with internal teams as products and features are released across the roadmap
- Work closely with Client Success and Sales teams to ensure clients receive a positive first impression throughout their onboarding journey
- Develop and maintain operational processes, communication channels, self-service tools, dashboards, knowledge repositories and templates to increase operational efficiencies
- Collect data on client product usage and collaborate with product managers to strategize on the continued delivery of features and enhancements that meet client business objectives
- Be the evangelist for Moody's Insurance product usage and roadmap for product management, customer success, sales and support personas
- Identify, track and refine operational and KPI metrics to formulate and drive improvements across product and operations
- Create templates, processes, automations and artifacts to streamline and improve product team efficiencies
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $119,100.00 - $172,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody’s also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
