- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and support informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional groups in a global organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in the hospitality, events or customer service industry preferred
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Journalism or a related field
- Expected graduation date of May 2028 - June 2029
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of the program from June 7 through August 13, 2027
- Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of enterprise employee events aligned with Moody’s strategic priorities and employee feedback
- Assist with in-person, virtual and hybrid event experiences that foster connections among colleagues, strengthen company culture and support business outcomes
- Help translate broad corporate strategies into event experiences with defined objectives, engaging content and measurable outcomes
- Contribute to a scalable employee event framework by supporting the development of collateral, maintaining reports and coordinating event logistics
- Produce timely, accurate deliverables under the guidance of experienced team members while demonstrating innovation and operational excellence
- Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional partners to promote best practices and improve consistency across the enterprise events portfolio
- Research industry trends and recommend opportunities to enhance employee event experiences, processes and ways of working
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring hourly rate for this position is $35, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
