Skills and Competencies
  • 4–6 years of experience in event management, digital events, marketing programs, or agency environments
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and high attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating virtual, hybrid, and in-person events using modern event technology platforms
  • Familiarity with registration systems, CRM tools, and webinar or digital event software
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, run-of-show documents, vendors, and complex event logistics
  • Experience using automation tools, dashboards (including Power BI), and workflow-optimization solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across teams, regions, and time zones
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business, events, or a related field
  • Additional coursework or certifications in event management, digital marketing, or project management preferred
Responsibilities
The Senior Associate Event & Outreach supports the operational delivery of high-quality in-person and virtual events across the region, contributing to global programs and ensuring seamless, engaging attendee experiences.
  • Support the planning and execution of LATAM-focused conferences, webinars, and hybrid event experiences
  • Manage event logistics, including event platforms, registration systems, speaker coordination, and run-of-show development
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure operational readiness
  • Track timelines, budgets, milestones, and operational risks across assigned programs
  • Ensure events meet brand standards and deliver polished, engaging attendee experiences
  • Track and report on KPIs such as registrations, attendance, engagement metrics, and satisfaction levels
  • Use digital tools, automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline planning and reporting workflows
  • Travel internationally to manage and support on-site event execution

As part of a global, collaborative group, you will work closely with regional stakeholders, marketing, content, brand, and external partners to deliver events that are thoughtful, seamless, and memorable. The team embraces experimentation, digital innovation, and continuous improvement to elevate both in-person and virtual engagement across the LATAM region and worldwide.
