Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Knowledge of automation technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, robotic process automation (RPA), or similar workflow automation platforms
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or JavaScript is preferred
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query, or equivalent platforms
• Understanding of databases, data integration concepts, application programming interfaces (APIs), and data transformation techniques is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technology-focused field
• Ideally one year or less from graduation
• Candidates ideally graduation in 2028
• Anticipated Start Date: March 2027

Responsibilities

Support Finance Automation and Emerging Technology initiatives through process automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation projects.

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other automation technologies
• Support the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing automation workflows and digital solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional Automation, Data and Analytics, and Finance teams to analyze processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and support strategic transformation initiatives
• Participate in the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI and other reporting platforms
• Assist in data collection, validation, transformation, and reporting activities supporting Finance and operational processes
• Support the implementation and testing of artificial intelligence-powered solutions, including Copilot-based experiences, AI Agents, and other emerging technologies
• Help create technical documentation, process maps, user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials to support team knowledge sharing and continuity
• Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives involving automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital innovation, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by researching new technologies and recommending innovative solutions

We leverage automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and modern technology platforms to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value.
