About the Team

The Technology Services Group (TSG) at Moody's operates as a unified delivery model where Digital Workplace Operations (DWO) and Major Incident Management (MIM) work hand in hand to ensure seamless, round-the-clock IT support for Moody's global workforce. The combined DWO/MIM function provides continuous Level 3 support across platforms such as Microsoft 365, macOS, Azure Virtual Desktops, Collaboration Tools, Voice Telephony, and Xerox Workplace Cloud — while simultaneously driving rapid, coordinated response to high-impact incidents. Because major incident management is core to everything DWO does, both teams collaborate constantly to minimize downtime, manage stakeholder communications during critical outages, and work across infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to restore services with speed and precision. This integrated approach is grounded in ITIL best practices, a commitment to transparency, and a culture of continuous improvement. Rounding out TSG, the Solutions Delivery team facilitates the integration of business systems and oversees the adoption of new capabilities and technologies across the organization. As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to rotate across these functions, contribute to real work from day one, and build a strong foundation in enterprise IT service delivery at a global scale.
