Skills and Competencies

• 3–5 years of experience developing enterprise-scale applications using Java and object-oriented programming principles
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, microservices development, concurrent programming, and relational database technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms, container technologies, Linux environments, and modern software development practices
• Familiarity with AWS services, scripting languages such as Python, and NoSQL databases is advantageous
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software delivery quality

Education

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise-grade applications and scalable microservices
• Integrate applications with authentication and identity management solutions, including SSO platforms
• Support cloud migration initiatives and contribute to the adoption of cloud-native architectures
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications to improve performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in prototyping, enhancement, and maintenance activities across the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing product development

The Asset Management Technology team develops innovative software and analytics solutions supporting structured finance and investment management functions. Team members work collaboratively across global locations to deliver scalable technology solutions that help clients make informed financial decisions.
