Skills and Competencies

  • 8–12 years of experience in data governance, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics, preferably within Procurement, Supply Chain, or related business functions
  • Strong expertise in data governance frameworks, KPI governance, master data management, and enterprise data standards
  • Proven experience designing executive dashboards, performance reporting, and actionable insights using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI platforms
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale data remediation, ERP/P2P transformation, or Supplier Lifecycle Management initiatives
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across Procurement, Finance, Technology, and business teams in a matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics, automation solutions, and procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or similar technologies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Analytics, Data Management, or related field) preferred
  • Professional certifications in Data Governance, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Analytics (e.g., DAMA CDMP) are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of procurement reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive insights that support business decision-making and enterprise objectives
  • Establish and govern procurement KPI standards, definitions, reporting cadences, and controls to create a trusted, single source of truth across procurement operations
  • Serve as the Procurement Data Owner, governance, stewardship, quality, controls and compliance across supplier, contract, spend, savings, risk, ESG, and operational data domains. Define and enforce data ownership models, taxonomies, business glossaries, lineage documentation, and audit-ready governance processes
  • Partner with Finance Data Governance, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data standards while addressing procurement-specific business needs
  • Own procurement reporting, analytics and Procurement BI dashboards, driving automation, scalability, self-service capabilities, and data driven decision support. Deliver actionable insights and performance analysis that enable sourcing, category management, supplier performance management, negotiations, savings realization and enterprise value creation
  • Oversee PSG supplier program reporting and analytics, including supplier spend tracking, savings and rebate calculations, forecasting, compliance monitoring, and financial controls to support program performance and value realization
  • Lead procurement data remediation and transformation efforts associated with P2P, ERP, and Supplier Lifecycle Management programs, ensuring data readiness, quality, and migration success
  • Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities to enhance procurement efficiency, reporting accuracy, risk management, and decision support
