Skills and Competencies

• 7+ years of experience building enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern software engineering practices
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
• Proven expertise in concurrent programming, relational databases, cloud-native technologies, containers, and AWS services
• Experience with Linux environments, performance optimization, system scalability, and production support
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring engineers, performing code reviews, and driving technical excellence
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery outcomes

Education

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and microservices
• Lead cloud migration, system modernization, and application integration initiatives
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend appropriate technical approaches
• Mentor junior engineers and promote coding standards, best practices, and software engineering excellence
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, project management, and quality engineering functions while maintaining comprehensive documentation

The Asset Management Technology team delivers innovative software, advanced analytics, and emerging technology solutions that support investment decision-making within Structured Finance. Through global collaboration and a strong culture of innovation, the team develops scalable products that help clients manage risk and capitalize on market opportunities.
