Skills and Competencies

• Experience in product analysis, digital assets, financial technology, blockchain infrastructure, tokenization or capital markets
• Strong understanding of digital finance and digital asset market structure, tokenization, stablecoins, distributed ledger technologies and digital market infrastructure
• Ability to translate emerging market developments, strategic initiatives and business objectives into requirements, scalable operating capabilities and delivery roadmaps executable priorities
• Experience product roadmap execution, supporting pilots, integrations or multi-stakeholder initiatives in a build-test-scale environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders technical, analytical, operations,  risk and compliance s
• Working exposure to structured and unstructured data sources, including on-chain and off-chain data
• Experience working with APIs, platform integrations, data delivery patterns, structure and un-structured data sources, and ecosystem connectivity models supporting digital asset solutions.
• Product management experience and knowledge of smart contract development, with Solidity, DAML, Rust or Canton Network architecture certifications preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency and support responsible and ethical AI use

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in finance, economics, business, technology, engineering, data analytics or a related field

Responsibilities

Advance digital asset product capabilities that deliver credit-relevant insights across evolving financial markets

• Monitor developments across digital assets, tokenization, stablecoins and emerging market infrastructure to identify relevant product opportunities
• Translate market developments, client needs and business priorities into actionable plans, capability enhancements and roadmap inputs
• Support the definition and evolution of technology architecture, including integrations with blockchain networks, tokenization platforms, oracle frameworks, application programming interfaces and external platforms
• Partner with analytical, technology and operational stakeholders to identify capability enhancements, technical designs and implementation roadmaps
• Analyze stakeholder needs and emerging opportunities to support product strategy, capability development, planning and governance activities
• Support requirements discovery activities to identify business needs, define data flows and inform product and technology solutions.
• Support delivery and scaling of product capabilities by translating business priorities into product requirements, implementation plans and technology roadmaps.
• Develop product concepts, requirements artifacts including process flows and lightweight prototypes to evaluate solution options and support roadmap delivery
• Engage with ecosystem participants, engineers and architecture teams to define technical solutions and integration approaches supporting credit analysis workflows.
• Communicate complex market, business and technology developments to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

Our Digital Economy team within Moody’s Ratings supports the firm’s strategy for innovative technologies including digital assets, tokenization, decentralized finance, stablecoins, on-chain infrastructure and data-driven innovation. The team works across analytical, technology, risk oversight, and operational functions to develop scalable capabilities that help Moody’s Ratings understand, assess, ingest and deliver credit-relevant insights in digital financial markets.
