Skills and competencies

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Excel, API Integration, and Business Process Automation to drive data-driven solutions
• Awareness of workflow automation, AI/Gen AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Studio), and operational governance concepts is a plus.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science

Key Responsibilities:  

The Associate – Automation & Operational Governance is an entry-level position within the Commercial Operational Governance team. The role focuses on automation, analytics, reporting, and AI-driven process improvement initiatives that support Operational Governance objectives. 

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Support workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.
• Assist with API integrations and process automation projects.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Support AI and GenAI use cases, including Copilot-based solutions and intelligent workflow automation.
• Gather business requirements and assist with testing, deployment, and monitoring of automation solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of governance documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to deliver reporting and automation solutions.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and adherence to governance standards. 

About the team

Join a dynamic team supporting the Commercial Operation Governance lead in delivering executive controls reporting and interacting with senior management. Partner with control managers, risk, and process owners to enhance the governance framework.
