Skills and Competencies
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Go-to-Market Enablement, or Learning and Development and program management in a sales-supporting function, including 3+ years leading and managing teams
  • Demonstrated experience enabling enterprise or strategic account teams navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Understanding of the financial services, credit, risk, and analytics landscape, or proven ability to ramp quickly on complex, data-driven B2B solutions sold to sophisticated buyers such as risk officers, treasurers, CFOs, and portfolio managers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is critical; hands-on experience with Outreach, Gong, Highspot, and other Revenue Technology tools is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with multiple sales methodologies including Corporate Visions, Challenger (Richardson), and MEDPICC is a strong plus
  • Experience supporting value-selling methodologies and scaling them consistently across global regions in a highly matrixed organization
  • Fluency embedding AI platforms such as Claude/Anthropic, OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot into selling workflows; comfort supporting Moody's internal agentic solutions and the Agentic Solutions Certification
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Sales Enablement equips Moody's global Strategic Account Teams with the training, content, and tools needed to grow and retain our highest-value client relationships.
  • Own the global enablement strategy, readiness model, and operating rhythm for Strategic Accounts, partnering with account leadership across AMER, EA, and APAC
  • Build and embed strategic account planning frameworks including whitespace mapping, stakeholder and relationship mapping, and multi-threaded pursuit strategies for enterprise, multi-year relationships
  • Deliver value-based and consultative selling training, executive engagement programs, negotiation curricula, and land-and-expand motions specific to strategic accounts
  • Design role-based onboarding and certification paths and facilitate continuous learning on product readiness, competitive positioning, and vertical expertise
  • Own the enablement content library and technology stack including Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Outreach, and the Learning Management System; drive global adoption and measure impact
  • Embed AI-driven selling practices and drive adoption of Moody's internal agentic solutions across Strategic Account Teams globally
  • Establish a global enablement scorecard tying program activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes, reported quarterly to senior leadership, with a focus on win rates, whitespace conversion, and net retention
About the Team

Our Global Sales Operations and Enablement team is the backbone of Moody's commercial engine, responsible for equipping our sales organization with the strategy, tools, content, and intelligence needed to win and grow in competitive markets. We operate across the globe, partnering with our Sales Teams to drive consistent, high-impact go-to-market execution. By joining our team, you will be part of a high-visibility, cross-regional function that sits at the intersection of technology, enablement innovation, and AI adoption, directly influencing the growth of Moody's most valued client relationships.


For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $113,200.00 - $164,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
