At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities. We do this by striving to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be who they are—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen to each other and customers in meaningful ways. Moody’s is transforming how the world sees risk. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, we’re advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that not only understands complexity but responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping our clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically, propose solutions, and guide others in fast-moving situations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with a balance of precision and big-picture thinking
- Collaborative and professional, with confidence working across levels, geographies, and functions, including senior stakeholders
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field
- Lead the development and execution of communications supporting Moody's Ratings—including executive messaging, intranet content, leader resources, and campaign assets—aligned to Moody's tone of voice and strategic priorities
- Apply strategic and critical thinking to understand business context and audience needs, turning inputs from multiple sources into cohesive, high-impact communications
- Take a leadership role in planning and executing high-priority communications initiatives and campaigns, connecting individual messages to broader narratives and business goals
- Partner with senior leaders across Global Communications and the broader Corporate Affairs team to assess communications challenges and recommend thoughtful, practical solutions
- Use judgment to anticipate questions, risks, or gaps in messaging, and proactively address them through clear and well-structured content
- Own how communications effectiveness is measured, using tracking, reporting, and insights to continuously refine strategy
- Work cross-functionally with colleagues across Corporate Affairs—including external communications, social media, brand, and public affairs—to gather information and align messaging
