Title: AVP - Product Manager
Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007
Duties: Create product vision and strategy to align with MIS objectives and gather support from internal stakeholders; gain a deep understanding of the customer needs and experience and identify opportunities to introduce new or enhance existing products to meet evolving customer needs and improve customer experience. Lead projects focused on sourcing ideas for new products and existing product enhancements. Participate in ongoing discovery activities that require internal/external stakeholder relationship building. Participate in market assessments and own portions of business case development for new product ideas. Engage with leadership from various stakeholders to prioritize product aspects needing improvement, develop business cases and gather support to implement changes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive implementation in an agile manner. Conclude product risk and control self assessments and conduct periodic reviews. Participate on large data driven projects focused on creating a consistent and positive customer onboarding experience. Demonstrate SME understanding of the MIS product suite and provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers on product related matters; build internal and external relationships to lead/support product management activities. Deliver training to various stakeholders within MIS. Participate in supporting specialized customer product-related needs and supporting execution of the
bespoke customer request process. Participate in reporting product performance and new product pipeline to senior stakeholders. Domestic & international travel required. Destination & frequency impossible to predict.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, or a closely related field plus at least three (3) years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a related position overseeing the product development life cycle. Must have experience with the following: Developing and executing on a product strategy; Leading multi-jurisdictional projects; performing product management and data analysis to identify opportunities, efficiencies, and measure critical metrics; gathering, synthetizing, and translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications; applying
knowledge of business analytics, digital transformation, and agile methodology; managing projects for financial data insights or infrastructure; designing and building analytical features and tools; working with SQL and business intelligence tools; and improving product features or data operation pipeline.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $199,410/yr, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
