At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities. We do this by striving to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be who they are—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen to each other and customers in meaningful ways. Moody’s is transforming how the world sees risk. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, we’re advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that not only understands complexity but responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping our clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.
If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply! You still may be a great fit for this role or other open roles. We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in solutions consulting, pre-sales, sales engineering, product consulting, or another client-facing technical/consultative role.

- Strong influencing, organizational navigation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to mobilize stakeholders across functions, geographies, and levels of seniority
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment, balancing autonomy and accountability with collaboration and knowing when to engage subject-matter experts
- Strong project-management, prioritization, and judgment skills, including the ability to manage concurrent opportunities, ambiguity, risks, and appropriate escalation
- High degree of curiosity, adaptability, accountability, and client focus, with the ability to work effectively across countries, cultures, functions, and time zones
- Experience with enterprise software, data and analytics, financial-services technology, risk-management solutions, or SaaS; familiarity with APIs, cloud environments, data integration, information security, and enterprise architecture concepts preferred

- Partner with Relationship Managers and Sales to understand client objectives, workflows, technical environments, decision criteria, and success measures, translating requirements into differentiated solutions aligned with client priorities
- Design end-to-end solutions addressing product functionality, data, workflows, integrations, security, implementation, and support, while identifying gaps, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery risks early in the sales process
- Plan and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept, defining scope, scenarios, datasets, success criteria, responsibilities, and outcomes that connect product capabilities to client use cases
- Communicate technical and analytical concepts effectively to audiences from end users and subject-matter experts to senior executives, engaging Product, Data, Implementation, and other specialists as needed
- Own or coordinate technical and functional responses for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and due-diligence exercises, ensuring accurate representations of functionality, data, interoperability, security, privacy, scalability, implementation, and regulatory considerations
