Skills and Competencies

  • 1-3 years of experience in proposal coordination, request for proposal (RFP) support, project coordination, sales support, client services, operations, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Jira, or similar project and workflow management tools
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and efficiency. Interest in developing awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred 

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end delivery of client response submissions by coordinating projects, managing content, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements.

  • Support the preparation and delivery of request for proposal (RFP), request for information (RFI), request for quotation (RFQ), and client questionnaire responses, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, task trackers, and workflow tools to monitor deliverables, deadlines, and key milestones
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and subject matter experts to gather information and support the completion of client responses
  • Track project progress, identify potential delays, and escalate risks or issues to appropriate stakeholders when needed
  • Draft, edit, customize, and review response content to ensure alignment with client requirements and approved messaging
  • Maintain and update content repositories, templates, and knowledge resources to improve consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Utilize workflow management, content management, and automation tools to track submission activity, deadlines, and operational efficiency while supporting the adoption of artificial intelligence-enabled solutions
  • Assist in analyzing response performance metrics, client feedback, and content utilization trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and support proposal strategy decisions

About the Team

The RFP Strategic Response Team is a globally distributed team within Global Sales Excellence, responsible for leading high-quality responses to requests for proposal, requests for information, due diligence questionnaires, and other strategic client opportunities. The team plays a critical role in supporting Moody’s growth strategy by partnering closely with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Solution Specialists, and other subject matter experts. By joining our team, you will contribute to the full response lifecycle, from intake and planning through content development, review, and final submission. This is a collaborative, fast-paced, and highly visible environment where strong project management, effective communication, commercial awareness, and the adoption of artificial intelligence-enabled solutions and enterprise content tools help deliver compelling, compliant, and strategically aligned responses that support business growth.
