Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrated ability to provide timely and high-quality service to all levels of internal clients, including always respecting the need for confidentiality
• Strong data organization, analysis, and reporting capabilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively across the People Team, other Moody's business functions, and geographies
• Knowledge of dashboard and reporting tools (i.e., Power BI) preferred
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

• Students in their third year of university working toward a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Management, Organizational Psychology, I/O Psychology, Behavioral Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Communications, or another business-related field is preferred
• Candidates ideally graduation in 2028
• Anticipated Start Date: March 2027

Responsibilities

The Employee Experience Intern will support a range of people-focused programs and initiatives that shape how employees connect, grow, and thrive at Moody's.

• Support Employee Experience programs and projects, including onboarding, recognition, employee listening, engagement surveys, and other Talent initiatives throughout the year
• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to identify trends and insights across the employee journey
• Contribute to project coordination activities, including research, documentation, meeting preparation, and tracking deliverables
• Develop presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications that summarize program outcomes and key findings for various stakeholders
• Gain hands-on experience with employee experience, survey, reporting, and HR technology platforms through mentorship and project-based learning

About the Team

Our Employee Experience team is dedicated to understanding and improving the moments that matter most to Moody's employees from onboarding and recognition to engagement, employee listening, and key milestones across the employee journey. As an intern, you will work closely alongside Employee Experience team members, gain meaningful exposure to other People Team functions, and contribute to real projects that have a direct impact on how employees experience life at Moody's. Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and access to data and insights, you will see firsthand how thoughtful programs are built, measured, and evolved to support a global workforce.
