Skills and Competencies

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, coordination, or customer support/success required
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments required
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to work with excellent organizational skills required
• Experience in a Know Your Customer (KYC) or Know Your Supplier (KYS) project environment preferred
• Ability to develop and maintain project documentation including scope definitions, timelines, and status reports
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage directly with non-technical stakeholders
• Project Management certification desired
• Language proficiency in Spanish is desired
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency; interest in exploring AI systems and willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required

Responsibilities

As an Associate Project Manager, you will plan, execute, report, and lead client implementation projects while collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Manage client implementations by following established delivery methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and status updates for both internal and external audiences
• Develop and maintain project documentation including scope definitions, timelines, action logs, and status reports
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Monitor adherence to project scope, timelines, and implementation requirements, escalating concerns as appropriate
• Contribute to client satisfaction by proactively supporting project delivery and addressing stakeholder needs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping establish and refine project management best practices, tools, and templates
