Skills and Competencies

• 9+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact technical initiatives across multiple teams and translating engineering solutions into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in C# and C++, including hands-on experience with VC++ and MFC, developing, debugging, and optimizing large-scale enterprise and on-premise software applications.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, architectural patterns, multi-threading, concurrency, memory management, and query processing, with the ability to build highly performant, scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Experience developing production-quality RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, along with hands-on knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle and NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and building solutions that support cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premise deployment models, with strong knowledge of testing strategies, observability, security, software quality, and operational reliability.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive alignment across distributed and cross-functional engineering teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year technical strategies that align with business objectives and enable the long-term evolution of enterprise software platforms.
• Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of complex software systems using C# and C++, ensuring solutions meet standards for scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Drive the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, supporting cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premise deployment models while addressing complex technical dependencies and requirements.
• Improve application and platform performance by optimizing algorithms, database interactions, memory utilization, concurrency, and query processing, while proactively identifying and mitigating technical and operational risks.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, DevOps, and Engineering teams to shape technical roadmaps, evaluate trade-offs, and prioritize initiatives that maximize customer and business value.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams, championing best practices in code quality, testing, security, observability, documentation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while communicating clear technical recommendations that build stakeholder alignment.

Our engineering team develops innovative software products and analytics platforms that power critical risk assessment and decision-making solutions for global customers. You will work on complex engineering challenges spanning large-scale data processing, distributed systems, advanced analytics, and mission-critical enterprise applications across cloud-native and on-premise environments.
