Skills and Competencies
- Minimum two years of contract-related experience in procurement, finance, legal, sales support, or a related business environment with the ability to manage complex agreements and commercial processes
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and execution practices with the ability to balance client needs and business objectives while maintaining compliance with internal policies
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze account information, pricing structures, licensing parameters, and contract terms accurately
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and other stakeholder groups
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with customer relationship management platforms and contract management systems is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and French are mandatory for this role. Additional European language skills are advantageous for positions supporting the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region
Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle to support business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across a dedicated sales portfolio
- Manage the end-to-end contract process for new business and renewal opportunities while supporting a dedicated sales team through contract strategy, drafting, negotiation, and execution
- Participate in pipeline review meetings to advise on commercial approaches, identify contractual risks, set expectations, and help accelerate deal closure
- Analyze customer information, licensing requirements, pricing structures, and contract terms to support cross-selling, renewals, and revenue growth initiatives
- Independently draft and negotiate Tier 1 sales agreements in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established best practices
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction information across customer relationship management systems and other business platforms to ensure consistency throughout the sales cycle
- Review executed contracts for completeness, validate compliance requirements, and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate for order processing and downstream activities
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders to support complex transactions, resolve issues, and implement contract modifications when required
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction
