Skills and Competencies
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in technology service delivery or information technology program management, including a demonstrated record of leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives. Required to ensure the leader can navigate complex, high-stakes delivery environments with immediate impact
  • Proven leadership in building and developing high-performing delivery teams—setting direction, growing capacity, and fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Required because sustained delivery outcomes depend on strong, people-centered leadership
  • Advanced proficiency with enterprise project management software, business intelligence and analytics platforms, modern collaboration and workflow tools, and information technology service management systems, with the ability to drive adoption of intelligent automation and artificial intelligence-powered tooling. Required to modernize, scale, and continuously improve the delivery organization
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and align senior executives, cross-functional leaders, and stakeholders at all levels. Required because this role serves as a primary point of executive engagement and cross-functional alignment
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical capability, including data-driven decision-making through business intelligence dashboards and long-range planning. Knowledge of established delivery methodologies and governance frameworks—such as the Information Technology Infrastructure Library and Agile—is strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred
  • Project Management Professional, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, or an equivalent certification is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
Leads and oversees end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale technology programs, driving AI-enabled, data-informed results across the organization.
  • Defines and executes the overall service delivery strategy, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with enterprise business objectives and technology roadmaps
  • Provides executive oversight as the senior point of accountability for delivery governance, driving consistent adoption of standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization
  • Builds, mentors, and leads a team of delivery managers, providing coaching, performance guidance, and professional development to elevate team capability and quality of output
  • Partners with senior business leaders, product owners, and technology stakeholders to shape program scope, define success criteria, and communicate progress at an executive level
  • Anticipates and manages organizational risk, resource constraints, and cross-program dependencies, developing and leading mitigation strategies that protect delivery outcomes and business continuity
  • Champions the adoption of AI-enabled delivery tools, intelligent automation, and modern enterprise collaboration platforms to improve productivity, strengthen reporting, and accelerate time-to-value
  • Establishes performance metrics and business intelligence dashboards, reviewing trends and embedding lessons learned to build a more scalable, data-informed, and resilient operating model
  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy, exercising independent judgment on strategy, resourcing, and prioritization while reporting to senior technology leadership
About the Team
Our Corporate Systems team, part of the Technology Services Group, is responsible for enabling reliable day-to-day execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across Moody's corporate platforms and shared services. The team delivers resilient, well-governed corporate systems that keep core business and technology operations running with reliability and rigor, partners with senior leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to drive operational excellence and advance innovation—including the adoption of AI-driven capabilities—and brings structure, clarity, and analytical insight to complex environments so Moody's systems remain forward-looking and positioned for continued growth. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work modernizing enterprise technology delivery across Moody's global operations.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $149,600.00-216,800.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
