Skills and Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering complex, high-value client implementations in financial services, compliance, or SaaS environments
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional project teams in high-pressure environments, delivering measurable results while maintaining alignment with strategic goals
• Expertise in managing complex, high-value client implementations, leveraging methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall to ensure successful delivery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, and build trusted client relationships
• Relevant technical acumen, including knowledge of SaaS solutions, APIs, and AI-powered tools
• Skilled in project governance, risk management, and resource planning, with a track record of navigating competing priorities to deliver client-focused outcomes
• Collaborative leadership style, fostering teamwork, innovation, and accountability, with experience in mentoring and coaching team members to enhance overall capability
• Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Asana, and Confluence or other relevant tools
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency, along with an interest in responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
• KYC certification desired

Responsibilities

As a PM, you will act as the strategic leader and primary point of contact for client implementation projects, representing Moody’s Analytics and ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations

• Oversee a portfolio of complex KYC implementations, providing end-to-end project ownership from scoping and planning through to successful delivery and handover
• Lead cross-functional teams, including relationship managers, solution specialists, domain experts, and product managers, to ensure seamless coordination and execution
• Develop and execute actionable project plans, securing stakeholder buy-in and driving adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks or issues that could impact project delivery, escalating to senior leadership as needed
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and group leaders, offering insights into project progress, challenges, and opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, contributing to the development of best practices, templates, and tools for the broader team
• Champion customer success by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns, and delivering value through tailored implementation approaches

For Slovakia based roles only: The anticipated hiring compensation for this position includes a base salary range of €32,100.00–€46,500.00 for a full-time role. This range is determined based on objective, gender-neutral factors such as experience, education, skills, job level, and location, and reflects the expected hiring range for the position.

In addition to base salary, this role may include variable compensation, benefits, and other remuneration components in accordance with company policies and applicable local requirements.
