Skills and Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, reliable testing solutions for enterprise applications.
  Hands-on expertise with modern automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Jest, and Postman, with strong proficiency in Playwright test architecture and execution.
• Strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, and Python, with experience developing automated solutions for web, API, and data-driven testing.
• Solid understanding of functional, integration, API, database, and performance testing, including experience working with SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL environments.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms, enabling high-quality and efficient software delivery.
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to apply AI-powered solutions to address business challenges while promoting responsible and ethical AI practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated testing strategies for web applications, APIs, and data solutions, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functionality, performance, and data integrity.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Jest, Postman, and other modern testing technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Perform end-to-end, API, integration, database, and performance testing to validate application behavior, system reliability, and business requirements.
• Partner closely with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align quality objectives, resolve defects, and support successful product delivery.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and document test failures, providing clear defect analysis and prioritization based on business impact and risk.
• Maintain test assets, including automation suites, test cases, test data, and quality reporting dashboards, to provide visibility into testing progress and quality metrics.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies to improve application testability and embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage Agile methodologies and AI-assisted technologies to enhance test development, debugging, code review processes, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
