Skills and Competencies
- Experience in software engineering or integration development focused on enterprise integration development , with extensive hands-on experience with any enterprise integration platform, including API design, development, and deployment across multiple environments
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Groovy, along with strong object-oriented programming concepts and data transformation skills alongside experience in developing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful and SOAP-based web services and APIs
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API-led connectivity principles
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms using connectors, APIs, and event-driven patterns in complex enterprise environments
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including cloud-native integration capabilities
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent build and deployment automation tools.
- Ability to optimize integration flows and APIs for scalability, performance, reliability, and security across enterprise-grade environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations and APIs to support business-critical applications and data flows
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and application teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability
- Build and maintain integration infrastructure, leveraging best practices for security and scalability
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration standards, patterns, and documentation across the organization
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing on integration best practices
- Stay current with product enhancements and industry trends in integration and API management
- Promote responsible integration practices, including proper data handling, risk management, and adherence to compliance and security standards

The Corporate Systems, part of the Technology Services Group, supports Moody’s core business and technology operations by enabling reliable day to day execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across corporate platforms and shared services.
By joining the Integration team, you will be part of a group responsible for designing, building, and operating enterprise grade integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity across Moody’s internal platforms and external partners. We develop scalable, secure, and resilient integration frameworks using MuleSoft and SAP BTP – Integration Suite, ensuring reliable data exchange, API standardization, and interoperability across cloud and hybrid environments. Our team powers mission critical business processes, accelerates digital transformation, and enables faster adoption of new products and technologies, while leveraging AI and intelligent automation to improve integration observability, enhance reliability, and deliver smarter, future ready solutions in collaboration with global teams.
Annual base salary gross: €44,200.00 to €70,800.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
