Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator (Operations/Campaigns) supports the regional execution and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across APAC and the Middle East. This is an early-career role focused on operational excellence—assisting with campaign setup, execution, and monitoring across multiple channels including email, webinars, digital, third-party programs, and events.
The role sits at the intersection of demand generation and events, ensuring campaigns are built accurately, launched on time, and coordinated effectively across stakeholders. It also reflects an emerging shift toward orchestration, where consistent workflows, tools, and processes are applied to scale marketing execution across the region. The key responsibilities as such:

Campaign Setup & Execution

  • Support the build and deployment of marketing campaigns across channels (email, webinars, events, third-party platforms)
  • Assist in campaign setup within marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), including lists, tokens, scheduling, and QA
  • Ensure campaigns follow standardized templates and processes to maintain consistency and quality across APAC. Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and asset readiness with regional stakeholders

Webinar & Event Support

  • Assist in webinar setup and coordination across platforms (e.g., Zoom, Wavecast), including registration pages and integrations
  • Support logistics for virtual and in-person events, including attendee tracking and communications
  • Work with Event Operations and Field Marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with event objectives and timelines

Third-Party & Vendor Coordination

  • Support onboarding and coordination of third-party vendors and partners
  • Assist with contracting processes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring campaign alignment with agreed outputs. Maintain documentation and status tracking for external programs

Campaign Monitoring & QA

  • Monitor live campaigns to ensure correct execution (timing, targeting, links, integrations)
  • Perform QA checks across campaign components (emails, landing pages, workflows)
  • Flag issues and support resolution with Marketing Operations and Campaign Manager

Demand Generation & Lifecycle Support

  • Assist in campaign targeting, segmentation, and audience selection
  • Support lead capture, tracking, and handoff processes aligned to marketing and sales workflows
  • Help maintain data quality and ensure campaigns align with lead lifecycle processes

Orchestration & Process Improvement (Emerging Focus)

  • Contribute to the evolution of campaign orchestration frameworks across APAC
  • Support the use of centralized workflow tools (e.g., Asana or similar) to track campaign execution. Assist with documentation and adoption of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, repeatability, and scalability of campaign processes

About the Team
Our Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand generation across key markets throughout Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
