Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Interest and/or experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and/or Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) is a plus
- Interest and/or experience in data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of Windows-based software (Excel, Access, Word, etc.); proficiency in SQL is a plus
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with an interest in how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency. A willingness to learn about responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use, is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in Swedish and English. Proficiency in other Nordic and/or European languages is an advantage
Education
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Business, Technology, or a related discipline
- Available to work during the program period, starting in December 2026 (flexible), for a duration of 6 months
Responsibilities
- Assist with collecting, analyzing, and maintaining Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) data in the database in accordance with established processes
- Support the collection, analysis, and maintenance of information on Relatives and Close Associates (RCA) through research using publicly available sources
- Explore, develop, and apply relevant AI tools and techniques to improve manual processes and increase efficiency
- Research relevant EU regulations and use findings to support data aggregation requirements
- Assist in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation, including internal procedures, data collection methodologies, and data definitions
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve workflow accuracy, quality, and efficiency
- Communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with team members
About the Team
Our Premium Data Operations team is responsible for managing and enhancing the quality of the Moody's Analytics KYC GRID Database. We provide the foundational data that clients rely on for risk assessment and decision-making, helping to ensure the integrity of our analytics platform. The team also supports clients by responding to data-related inquiries and providing timely assistance.
