At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities. We do this by striving to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be who they are—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen to each other and customers in meaningful ways. Moody’s is transforming how the world sees risk. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, we’re advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that not only understands complexity but responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping our clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.
If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply! You still may be a great fit for this role or other open roles. We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.
- 5–7 years of experience in communications, public relations, content strategy, or integrated marketing, in an agency or in-house setting
- Hands-on experience supporting or managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns — ideally thought leadership programs — through launch and beyond
- Strong project management instincts: comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines with disciplined follow-through
- Excellent writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to produce executive-ready content on complex business, finance, or risk topics; familiarity with financial services or other complex B2B environments is preferred
- Exposure to research-driven content (surveys, indices, or data-led reports) and to working with data, design, and digital teams to bring it to life
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills, including preparing materials for senior executives and managing feedback loops with care
- Fluency with modern content and distribution channels and with using AI tools to work smarter across research, drafting, and production
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
- Undergraduate degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related discipline
- Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise communications campaigns, including the content calendar, editorial pipeline, and activation roadmap across the website, case studies, executive content, events, and social channels
- Execute integrated campaign moments — anchor content, derivative formats, and coordinated distribution — that build audience and authority over time rather than as one-off launches
- Support the development of research-based content products (reports, surveys, and sector case studies), managing workstreams, timelines, and production from concept through publication
- Draft executive thought leadership — bylines, LinkedIn content, and supporting materials — that connects senior leaders' voices to the platform's core themes
- Coordinate campaign execution across Brand, Marketing, Events, Digital, and business-unit partners, keeping deliverables, reviews, and timelines on track
- Translate complex risk, finance, and economic subject matter into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite and senior decision-maker audiences
- Track and report campaign performance and audience engagement, using data to inform content decisions and demonstrate impact
- Support the team's broader remit, including enterprise strategic narratives, corporate announcement communications, and reputation-related initiatives as priorities require
