Skills and Competencies
- Significant experience leading business process transformation, operational excellence, consulting, or business change initiatives within complex organisations, enabling delivery of sustainable operational improvements
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and continuous improvement frameworks, required to identify inefficiencies and optimise business performance
- Ability to analyse operational data, business metrics, and process performance indicators to identify trends, determine root causes, and drive evidence-based decision making
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive change across senior business, technology, risk, and control functions
- Experience leading multiple concurrent programmes or projects, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, required to translate complex business challenges into clear recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with experience using AI-enabled analytics, automation, or workflow tools to identify process improvement opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions within business transformation initiatives, with an understanding of responsible AI practices, governance requirements, risk management, and ethical use of AI technologies
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent process improvement certification preferred
- Project Management Professional, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certification preferred
Responsibilities
Leads business process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, governance, scalability, and business performance across the Commercial organisation
- Lead end-to-end transformation of medium to high complexity business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic, operational, and regulatory objectives
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps that improve operational efficiency, customer outcomes, control effectiveness, and process scalability
- Manage the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives, including business case development, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to business-as-usual operations
- Partner with Commercial, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Control teams to deliver cross-functional change and achieve measurable business outcomes
- Establish and maintain process governance, performance measurement frameworks, key performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Analyse operational data and process performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, root causes, and automation use cases
- Design and implement control frameworks that support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, risk mitigation, and issue remediation
- Drive organisational adoption of process excellence methodologies, documentation standards, and continuous improvement practices through coaching, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Represent Business Process Transformation within governance forums and leadership discussions, influencing strategic decisions and prioritisation
- Promote innovation and digitalisation by identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business processes
About the Team
The Business Process Transformation team is responsible for transforming the quote to cash processes to efficiency and effectiveness of the ratings workflow. We contribute to business growth by digitalizing the quote to cash workflow, improving the sales processes and enhancing customer engagement.
