Skills and Competencies

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a technology, compliance, or operations support role, preferably within a financial services or regulated environment
  • Familiarity with AI or automation tools and a genuine interest in applying technology to improve compliance processes
  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI),Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred
  • Basic understanding of SQL, ETL concepts, or scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus
  • Collaborative team player with effective written and verbal communication skills & willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, technology-driven compliance environment
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required

Responsibilities

  • The Compliance Department is seeking a Senior Compliance Associate to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of technology solutions that power the global Compliance function.
  • Support the development, testing, and maintenance of Compliance technology solutions across functions including Surveillance and Monitoring, Securities Trading, Conflicts Office, Policies, and Training
  • Assist in building and maintaining Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and contribute to agentic solution implementations using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Help configure and maintain AI-enabled compliance workflows, supporting the reduction of manual, low-value activities across the Compliance function
  • Write and maintain SQL scripts, ETL processes, and shell scripts to support data management and reporting needs
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new technology deployments, identifying and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver timely solutions
  • Support the tracking of key performance indicators for compliance technology initiatives and contribute to regular reporting for senior leadership
