Skills and Competencies

  • 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience designing and developing identity and access management solutions across authentication, authorization, and identity governance
  • Strong software engineering or scripting experience using Python, Java, PowerShell, or similar languages    
  • Proven experience building and integrating systems using REST APIs, SCIM, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
  • Knowledge of access control models such as RBAC and ABAC and modern authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC will be a plus
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP in a cloud-first environment
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, automated testing, and modern engineering best practices
  • Understanding of core security principles including least privilege, Zero Trust, segregation of duties, and auditability
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale secure, cloud-first identity and access management solutions that support a global enterprise and enable highly automated, reliable identity services.

  • Design, develop, and enhance IAM capabilities across authentication, authorization, and identity governance
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, web services, and event-driven patterns
  • Implement and optimize identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, access requests, and deprovisioning
  • Define and enforce access models aligned with business and security requirements
  • Develop automation and reusable services to reduce manual effort and improve system reliability
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version-controlled deployments for IAM services
  • Enhance observability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and service health metrics
  • Apply AI-driven and intelligent automation approaches to improve identity operations, access reviews, and anomaly detection
  • Troubleshoot complex identity-related issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution
  • Partner closely with security, engineering, and product teams to deliver integrated IAM solutions
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support audit and compliance readiness

The team partners closely with cybersecurity, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver automated, cloud-first identity solutions that enable innovation while maintaining strong security, governance, and compliance standards.
