Skills and Competencies

• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial systems, operations, business application support, or a related environment & working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, pricing workflows, data governance, and business application administration
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and validation of system or AI-generated outputs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to determine when automation or AI is appropriate and when human review is required. Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain system and process changes to technical and non-technical partners
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Commercial, Relationship Management, Billing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams in a global virtual environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or a similar low-code platform and familiarity with AI-enabled pricing, billing, fee management, or document solutions are preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance pricing applications while advancing responsible AI-enabled workflows across commercial fee management processes and support pricing, fee, and rating-related business applications to ensure reliable day-to-day operation and accurate commercial data
• Identify manual, rules-based, and judgment-intensive workflows that can be improved through automation, AI-assisted guidance, or intelligent agents
• Configure and maintain Salesforce pricing modules, including validations, exception handling, data governance, and AI-assisted workflow enhancements
• Partner with Technology teams to design and implement solutions for fee validation, contract term interpretation, pricing change impact assessment, and related use cases. Validate annual pricing updates and system changes through structured testing, reconciliation, and review of spreadsheets used to implement billing fees and fee descriptions
• Maintain procedures, process flows, templates, and control documentation to support consistent, auditable, and AI-augmented execution models
• Support regulatory, audit, and internal reporting by maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, traceability, and readiness across pricing and fee processes
• Coordinate with Commercial, Relationship Management, Billing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders to resolve issues, standardize processes, and implement practical solutions

Our Commercial Group – Business Application Management team supports the applications, controls, and processes that enable commercial pricing and fee management. By joining the team, you will collaborate with partners across the business to improve application performance, strengthen process consistency, and responsibly expand the use of AI-assisted and agent-driven solutions in a regulated environment
