Skills and Competencies
- Experience designing and implementing automation, analytics, reporting, workflow, or AI-enabled solutions in shared services, capability centers, or multinational corporate environments
- Strong knowledge of business process improvement, workflow analysis, governance, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code, automation, analytics, and collaboration platforms to improve operational efficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and related productivity tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills with the ability to work across functions and regions
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Technology, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience will be considered
- Process improvement, automation, AI, analytics, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications are considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automation, analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual effort
- Partner with GCC leadership to develop and manage dashboards, reports, scorecards, performance metrics, governance materials, and operational documentation
- Analyze processes, workflows, operational data, and business challenges to identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement
- Support adoption of approved AI and automation tools while promoting responsible use, governance, and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive successful implementation
- Lead initiatives from concept through delivery, including process mapping, prototyping, testing, documentation, user enablement, and change management
- Produce insights, executive-ready materials, and performance reporting that support transparency and informed decision-making
- Build knowledge of GCC operations, stakeholders, governance, and business priorities to identify high-impact opportunities for innovation and efficiency
