Skills and Competencies

  • Experience designing and implementing automation, analytics, reporting, workflow, or AI-enabled solutions in shared services, capability centers, or multinational corporate environments
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement, workflow analysis, governance, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code, automation, analytics, and collaboration platforms to improve operational efficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and related productivity tools
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills with the ability to work across functions and regions
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience will be considered
  • Process improvement, automation, AI, analytics, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications are considered a plus

Responsibilities

Drive innovation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the Global Capability Center (GCC)
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation, analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual effort
  • Partner with GCC leadership to develop and manage dashboards, reports, scorecards, performance metrics, governance materials, and operational documentation
  • Analyze processes, workflows, operational data, and business challenges to identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Support adoption of approved AI and automation tools while promoting responsible use, governance, and compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive successful implementation
  • Lead initiatives from concept through delivery, including process mapping, prototyping, testing, documentation, user enablement, and change management
  • Produce insights, executive-ready materials, and performance reporting that support transparency and informed decision-making
  • Build knowledge of GCC operations, stakeholders, governance, and business priorities to identify high-impact opportunities for innovation and efficiency

About the Team

The Global Capability Center Operations team enables the effective management and growth of Moody’s Global Capability Centers through operational governance, performance management, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. By joining the team, you will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across regions to drive innovation, enhance operational effectiveness, and support the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence solutions that create measurable business value.
