Skills and Competencies
  • 1–3 years of experience working with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with financial documents (e.g., 10-K filings, annual reports) and related analysis is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with AI tools or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, GPT models) is preferred.
  • Advanced written and verbal English skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
This role provides an opportunity to support financial professionals by leveraging generative AI to deliver innovative automation solutions and actionable insights that enhance decision-making.
  • Develop and refine prompts to optimize generative AI solutions for a variety of automation use cases, ensuring high-quality and context-relevant outputs.
  • Work closely with clients to support adoption of Gen-AI tools, providing timely assistance and addressing client-specific needs.
  • Create and implement innovative output templates tailored to diverse use cases, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Provide timely feedback to product and technology teams to improve the Gen-AI platform and contribute to continuous product enhancement.
  • Stay informed on advancements in generative AI and propose new ideas to expand the scope of automation solutions.
About the Team
The Digital Insights Operating Unit focuses on delivering AI-powered automation and insights to financial market participants. The team collaborates closely across product, technology, and client-facing functions to design and enhance generative AI solutions that drive innovation, improve efficiency, and support client adoption of cutting-edge tools.
