Skills and Competencies
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in data management, research, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of data quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to validate, interpret, and reconcile data
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to support internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with responsiveness to client inquiries and service needs
  • Ability to document processes clearly, including procedures, data definitions, and methodologies
  • Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and interest in leveraging AI tools to improve data quality, automation, and process efficiency, with awareness of responsible and ethical AI use
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
The Data Specialist is responsible for executing data maintenance and research activities to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented relationship and company structure data for client delivery, while supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Execute established data collection, validation, and update processes
  • Maintain relationship and company structure databases, including historical records, with high accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to client requests and data inquiries in line with defined procedures and service standards
  • Support internal and external users in accessing and understanding relationship data
  • Ensure consistent data quality, integrity, and governance across all deliverables
  • Produce and maintain clear documentation, including procedures, methodologies, and FAQs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows through automation, including the use of AI-enabled tools where appropriate
  • Stay informed on evolving data practices, including AI-assisted data collection and validation techniques, and contribute to data integration initiatives

You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality data solutions that support critical business decisions and client needs. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and usability, while continuously improving processes and exploring innovative approaches, including the adoption of AI-driven capabilities, to enhance efficiency and insight.
