- 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, data management, workflow processing, financial services, or a related function preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage data updates, quality checks, and repetitive workflows while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively support analysts, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, requests, and administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering responsive, accurate, and high-quality service across a high volume of transactions
- Ability to identify, research, and resolve routine data discrepancies, workflow issues, and operational exceptions while recognizing when escalation is required
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build productive partnerships across Rating Teams and other internal departments
- Working knowledge of operational systems, workflow tools, data management processes, and quality control practices
- Foundational ability to leverage approved AI-enabled productivity tools, standard reports, and data queries to support workflow execution and process efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with workflow systems, tracking tools, operational platforms, or data management environments is preferred
- Support end-to-end data and workflow activities, including new deal setup, lifecycle maintenance, data capture, data quality assurance, and tracking support
- Execute administrative and operational processes such as data updates, publishing activities, documentation preparation, disclosures, and other workflow deliverables in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage shared mailboxes and incoming requests, ensuring timely routing, prioritization, follow-up, and completion of assigned actions
- Investigate, research, and resolve routine data discrepancies, workflow exceptions, and client inquiries while escalating non-routine issues when appropriate
- Monitor workflow status, track deliverables, and maintain accurate records to support service levels, quality standards, and operational continuity
- Apply established controls, validations, and quality checkpoints to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance across assigned workflows
- Partner with Rating Teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support workflow execution, address operational requirements, and facilitate issue resolution
- Provide coverage for core workflows during absences, handoffs, and peak periods while contributing positively to team objectives and maintaining service continuity
- Continuously build knowledge of financial products, business processes, operational systems, and approved AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness and support evolving business needs
