- Execution-focused, highly structured approach with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes
- Deep expertise in data quality management, data remediation, and incident response
- Strong hands-on technical skills in SQL and Python, including Pandas and NumPy
- Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data modeling
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, client-critical environments
- Clear and confident communicator across technical and business stakeholders
- Proven capability in client-facing data operations and operational execution
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Contractor oversight, workforce coordination, and working knowledge of workforce management principles
- Data visualization and reporting experience using Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
- Familiarity with Databricks, relational databases, and large-scale data platforms; Spark and PySpark preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client-facing data remediation issues, supporting triage, prioritization, and resolution of critical data incidents
- Execute against defined remediation strategies, ensuring delivery aligned to SLAs, quality standards, and governance requirements
- Coordinate responses for high-priority issues, providing clear communication on status, risks, dependencies, and next steps
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues with structured insights, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations
- Monitor and improve data quality across multiple data sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Apply hands-on SQL and Python expertise to analyze, validate, and support data remediation activities
- Support data deduplication and entity resolution efforts to strengthen core data assets
- Execute established data workflows, pipelines, and ETL processes to ensure efficient and reliable processing
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency within existing data frameworks
- Utilize tools such as Databricks and Power BI to support data processing, monitoring, and performance tracking
- Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and support timely issue resolution
- Provide day-to-day coordination of contractor resources, including task allocation, workload balancing, onboarding support, and quality oversight
- Monitor contractor output against defined playbooks, standards, and performance expectations
- Support capacity planning, workload assessment, and adjustments to maintain operational continuity
- Support execution of remediation initiatives through structured task management and milestone tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation of remediation activities, decisions, and outcomes
- Produce and support operational reporting on volumes, trends, risks, and performance metrics
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement, upstream fixes, and refinement of remediation playbooks and intake processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with broader data and product strategies
