Skills and Competencies
  • 3–5 years of experience in go-to-market, product strategy, or a related commercial role
  • Experience supporting product launches, preferably within finance or technology environments
  • Understanding of financial services solutions, customer consumption patterns, and monetization strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong bias for action
  • Adept at using GenAI tools in go-to-market–related work
  • Passion for product launches and a keen eye for messaging that resonates with target audiences

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field
Responsibilities
The Assistant Director, Go-to-Market (GTM) for Digital Content & Innovation supports the development and execution of strategies to successfully launch and scale Moody’s digital content platforms and GenAI-driven solutions.
  • Assist in developing GTM strategies for new web, data, and GenAI products, including market segmentation, target audience identification, and competitive analysis
  • Contribute to value proposition development and messaging frameworks that resonate with target customers
  • Support the evaluation of pricing strategies and business models
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution of product launches to ensure teams are aligned and prepared
  • Help manage GTM timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assist in the creation of sales enablement tools and training materials
  • Collaborate with marketing on the development of marketing collateral
  • Support the planning and execution of migration strategies from legacy websites to new platforms, ensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience
  • Serve as a GTM liaison between product development, content teams, marketing, sales, and business development
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM initiatives and report on effectiveness
  • Analyze launch performance, identify areas for improvement, and support iterative optimizations
