Skills and Competencies

• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, C++, C#) with proven experience building analytical solutions and working with APIs
• Solid understanding of fixed income and structured finance products (RMBS, ABS, CMBS, CLOs); experience with cashflow modeling and credit risk analytics is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a highly detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of ownership
• Exposure to AI/ML tools, data science workflows, or applied analytics techniques is desired

Education

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in structured finance, quantitative analytics, or financial technology roles

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver custom analytical solutions for global structured finance clients, bridging finance, technology, and client needs
• Serve as a primary technical contact for clients, supporting onboarding, understanding requirements, and delivering customized analytical solutions and workflows
• Design and develop client-specific tools and robust solutions by leveraging APIs, internal platforms, and strong programming skills
• Perform structured finance analysis, including troubleshooting and enhancing cashflow models for asset classes such as RMBS, ABS, CMBS, and CLOs
• Partner with sales teams in client discussions and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate platform capabilities and drive adoption
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to define new features, enhance platform functionality, and integrate AI/ML capabilities
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows, improving efficiency, accuracy, and data quality across client deliverables
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability building and best practices in coding and analytics
