Skills & Competencies
- 3-5 years of IT experience, including 2+ years as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog management, Jira, and requirements gathering.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverable solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying root causes through data analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams.
- Exposure to AI-enabled product development, prototyping, or solution design is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related techno-functional field.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Analyst/Product Owner for one or more business-critical applications.
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
- Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities, root causes, and solutions.
- Manage product roadmaps, sprint planning, estimation, and backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and technology modernization initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful end-to-end product delivery.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear, timely communications.
- Champion AI-driven innovation to improve business outcomes and product effectiveness.
