Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with customers and administrator teams to optimize platforms, resolve complex issues, and elevate the overall service experience.
- Enterprise stewardship of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) as a strategic business capability.
- Ability to enable and scale low-code, automation, and AI solutions through strong governance, standards, and platform vision.
- Proven capability to empower makers and teams to create secure, resilient, and impactful solutions at enterprise scale.
- Experience driving platform maturity, adoption, and innovation through continuous improvement and forward-looking practices.
- Experience with data connections and standard and premium connectors.
- Understanding of on-premises data gateway setup and management.
- General knowledge of networking, Microsoft Office, Azure Services, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
- Basic to intermediate programming skills (JavaScript, C#, Python) for custom development and automation.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency, including demonstrated leadership in ethical AI governance and risk management.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for owning, governing, and advancing the Microsoft Power Platform as a secure, scalable enterprise automation and AI capability that delivers measurable business value.
- Own and evolve the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) as a secure and scalable enterprise platform.
- Design, implement, and enforce platform governance including environments, security, DLP policies, connectors, and access controls.
- Lead solution lifecycle management including deployments, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and controlled production releases.
- Enable seamless integration with enterprise systems and APIs, including gateways and custom connectors.
- Partner with makers, engineers, and business teams to translate business needs into resilient and reusable platform solutions.
- Establish and mature quality, monitoring, and performance practices to ensure reliability and operational excellence.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered agents and automation, guiding teams on responsible use of Copilot Studio and emerging capabilities.
- Continuously assess new Power Platform features and advancements and translate them into business value.
- Support agent lifecycle management and solution deployments.
- Collaborate with team members to establish secure and reliable Power Platform solutions.
- Document processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fixes and solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training programs, including Copilot Studio full access training and agentic AI training.
- Stay current on new features and best practices across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related technologies.
About the Team
The Corporate Systems team, part of the Technology Services Group, supports Moody’s core business and technology operations by enabling reliable day-to-day execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across corporate platforms and shared services. The team partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, and key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive operational excellence while advancing innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven capabilities. By bringing structure, clarity, and rigor to complex environments, the team helps ensure Moody’s systems are resilient, forward-looking, and positioned for continued growth.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $78,300.00 - $113,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
