  • Practical knowledge of employee lifecycle and human resources administration, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, employee documentation, benefits administration, and first-line policy support

  • Working knowledge of basic legal, corporate, workplace health, safety, and hygiene administration, with sound judgement to recognize when specialist advice or escalation is required

  • Experience managing vendors, service contracts, purchasing, accounts payable, office budgets, and expense tracking

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Workplace Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

  • Lead office operations, set priorities, coordinate resources, and maintain consistent service standards across administrative activities, facilities, access, security, emergency arrangements, and workspace readiness

  • Serve as a trusted administrative and operational partner to the General Manager and designated senior leaders, exercising discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave records, documentation, benefits administration, workplace readiness, and routine policy support in partnership with the People team and other responsible functions

  • Coordinate routine legal, corporate, compliance, workplace health, safety, and hygiene administration while maintaining required records and escalating matters that require specialist guidance

  • Lead the selection, onboarding, and ongoing coordination of office service providers, contracts, renewals, purchase requisitions, invoices, accounts payable documentation, expenses, and operational inventories

  • Coordinate travel, expense submissions, office events, employee initiatives, executive visits, and meetings, including scheduling, facilities, technology, suppliers, communications, and on-site logistics

  • Act as the principal local liaison for regional and corporate functions, communicate local requirements, support cross-functional initiatives, maintain operational procedures and records, and provide clear updates on risks, open items, supplier performance, and upcoming needs.

About the Team

The Argentina office administration team supports a professional, safe, efficient, and employee-focused workplace. The team partners closely with the General Manager and colleagues across People, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Security, Compliance, building management, external advisers, and service providers.
