Skills and Competencies
• 2-5 years of experience in structured finance, with hands-on experience in securitization (CLO and private credit preferred)
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal and financial documentation
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, C#, or Java to support modeling and automation
• Advanced Excel skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams across business, engineering, and technology
• Demonstrated curiosity and openness to leveraging AI to improve efficiency and model quality
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance compliance test models for global CLO and private credit transactions using proprietary platforms
• Analyze and interpret complex legal and deal documentation to accurately model compliance requirements
• Apply AI-driven approaches to improve modeling efficiency, scalability, and quality
• Contribute to quality, productivity, and process-improvement initiatives across the modeling function
• Participate in modeling automation, quality control (QC), and tool development or enhancement projects
• Partner closely with business teams to address client challenges, support new feature development, and analyze emerging securitization products
About the Team
The Asset Management – Structured Finance team focuses on delivering high quality compliance modeling solutions across global securitization markets. By joining us, you will be part of the Manager Module Modeling team that plays a critical role in supporting clients by building robust, scalable models and continuously improving processes through innovation, collaboration, and technology.
