Skills and Competencies

  • 3-7 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, Consulting, or related functions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
  • Experience working with customer relationship management or customer success platforms and supporting business system enhancements
  • Proven ability to leverage data, reporting, and insights to drive operational improvements and business decision-making
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams
  • Desired: Experience with Generative AI, workflow automation, dashboard development, or operational transformation initiatives

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Analytics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement, analytics, automation, business systems enablement, and responsible AI adoption across the Customer Success organization
  • Support continuous improvement of Customer Success processes, workflows, and operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities and implement scalable operational solutions
  • Gather business requirements and partner with technology teams to enhance business systems, data quality, and user experience
  • Support testing, implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of customer success technologies and reporting solutions
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide insights into customer engagement, operational performance, and business outcomes
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Research, evaluate, and implement practical automation and Generative AI solutions that improve productivity and reduce administrative effort
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows, templates, training resources, and adoption materials to support business users
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between Customer Success, Product, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform process, operational, and product improvements
  • Create user guides, knowledge resources, and onboarding materials to support process and system adoption
  • Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organization

Our Asset Management Customer Success Operations team is responsible for enabling scalable customer engagement, operational excellence, and technology adoption that helps deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle
