• 3-5 years of software development experience delivering scalable solutions
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, C#, C++, or Python
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases at scale
• Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with performance tuning, multi-threading, and memory management
• Focus on building secure, scalable, and reliable systems with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

• Own and deliver key projects with high quality and within timelines
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build impactful solutions contribute to technical design, architecture, and roadmap planning
• Lead code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Improve processes, tools, and system performance
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to stakeholders
